Pay Transparency.

Enforce employers to be audited on employee salary data by demographics such as age, gender, ethnicity, identity, education and other factors such as department and title. Post to employees guidance on salary transparency so that there is protection. Job postings should discuss pay ranges at the onset so that individuals and potential employers do not waste their time.

If we want to be serious about equality and equity in the workplace we have to start by exposing the faults that exist.

While we’re at it we should not allow CEOs as Board of Directors…
